This penthouse in fase 2 has a good location, only on 200 M walking distance from CC La Zenia Boulevard. It’s equipped with all the comfort you need for a pleasant stay. From here you have a nice view on the communal garden, the swimming pool and the close surroundings.

The living room includes air conditioning, hot and cold, SAT TV, BE, NL, DU, FR channels and WiFi. The apartment is fully finished with the finest materials and in accordance with the new European standards. The complex is safe and protected and there is an underground parking garage. There is a CHILD COT, HIGH CHAIR, CHIlLD CAR SEAT and a TRAVEL MAXI COSI available at no extra costs.

This is definitely a wonderful place to be and on a very central and lovely location. Ideal for a short stay during your holiday and for long term stay during the winter with the the right facilities and all day sun on the terrace. Also for lovers of golf, it is here an earthly paradise.

LA ZENIA LOCATION 
La Zenia is located on the Costa Blanca South just south of the major town of Torrevieja. This stretch of the coast is known as the Orihuela Costa. La Zenia is a small but busy beach tourist resort, one of several areas within the Orihuela Costa.  Located on the Costa Blanca South just south of the major town of Torrevieja. It has two very popular sandy beaches to relax at, and the biggest shopping mall in the province of Alicante to experience “La Zenia Boulevard”

There are plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants dotted around the area to enjoy and it makes up one of the starting or stopping points on the Orihuela Coastal walking route. This gives you a good idea of what to expect in La Zenia. Clearly La Zenia is a great location for a beach holiday, you won’t need to go anywhere else, as everything you need for a great family holiday in the sun is right here in La Zenia.

EATING OUT
The best is that “La Zenia” is popular for holiday and residents from all over West Europe. In the past it got a real boost with the La Zenia Boulevard. Since the new commercial center witch has opened in the last years, there are even more tourist attract to this beautiful place. As a result that the choice of international restaurant is wide. Indeed they offers cuisines from around the world.

NICE WALKS
La Zenia countryside is surrounded with orange and lemon trees. A nice walk by the sea is the cliff walk to “Cabo Roig” with amazing views on the rocks and the sea. It takes an hour walking from the Zenia hotel to the Cabo Roig harbor and beach. At the beach of Cabo Roig you can take a little tapa and refreshment in the beach bars or in the marina itself.

Similarly, you can also walk on the other side and take the direction of “Playa Flamenca”. There are two beaches on this walking trip with bars. In fact, in “Playa Flamenca” there are even more restaurants. If you’re in a good condition, then make the beautiful walk further to “Punta Prima or even to Torrevieja”. A nice sandy walk road, with a beach for naturalist. At Punta Prima you find nice beach bars and nice restaurants.

MARKETS
There are no markets held in “La Zenia” but there are several nearby. At the end of the week, on saterday is the “La Flamenca” market. This market is on walking distance from “La Zenia”. Another nice little market is on Thursday in “Cabo Roig”. In addition, in Torrevieja there is a large street market on Friday.

Alongside this beach of Cabo Roig, there is a pleasant market on Thursday. In front of the sea with local fruits, vegetables, food, mobile bars with “Chocolate  y Churros“ local products and souvenirs. But most important with a amazing view on the ”Mar Menor”.

GETTING TO LA ZENIA
La Zenia is centrally located between two airports. San Javier Airport in Murcia is between 15 to 20 minutes drive. And the Airport of Alicante is a 40 minutes drive away. Both of these Airports are well connected with the rest of West Europe.

In particular, on the Airport of Alicante many budget airlines like Ryanair or Norwegian or Easyjet fly. La Zenia is well connected by the Highway of the AP-7 which you will need to pay a toll. The AP-7 connects the North of the Costa Blanca with the South.

From Murcia San Javier Airport to La Zenia you don’t need to pay any toll if you exit at the motorway at Cabo RoigCampoamor. The Cost of the motor way when you drive from Alicante Airport is around 4 or 6 euros depending on the touristic season. Instead, there is also an option so you don’t need to pay any toll. Indeed by taking the N-332 this used to connect Costa Blanca from the North to South. By taking the N-332 you will pass the cities of Santa Pola and Torrevieja.

What happens after I have booked an accommodation? 
You have booked an accommodation through our website. We will send the travel documents to your email address as soon as possible. After our confirmation, your booking is definite.

When do I make the down payment?
The down payment of 30% of the rental price has to be made within 5 days after the invoice date. All payments have to be pay through bank transfer. Your payment statement and the booking confirmation together can be used as the rental contract.

Do I need to pay a damage deposit?
Yes, you will have to pay a deposit of 200€. This deposit will be refunded to you within 8 days after departure. Possible costs for damage will be deducted from the refunded deposit.

How do I arrange the Key handover?
Regarding the key handover we request you to contact us through email 2 weeks before departure. The accommodation manager is been informed about your booking today. The details of the accommodation manager will be given to you after we receive your mail.

At what time do I need to arrive at my holiday home?
Every day of arrival is also a day of departure. Guests are able to arrive between 16.00 and 23.00 hrs. On the day of departure you have to leave the accommodation before 11.00 hrs. You will find more information in your travel documents.

Key deliveries after 23.00 hours at additional costs 25€, refundable form the deposit.  In case you would like to arrive earlier or later, please discuss this with the accommodation manager. It may be an option!

Are bed and bath linen included in the rental price?
Kitchen, bed and bath linen are included in the rental price. We advise our guests to bring a beach towel themselves to use at the swimming pool or at the beach. The same goes for the bedding for baby cots.

Use of electricity
The mentioned rental rates are all inclusive costs of energy, unless more than 80 kwh per week to electricity is consumed, the multiple consumer costs will be deducted from the deposit al 0.25€ per Kwh. Keyholding will give an explanation on site.
